The buyer's broker,Greg Morris, with Dunn Commercial LP in Arlington, also ended upwith the leasing assignment, which puts the open industrial spaceon the market at $2.99 per sf gross.

Shortly after the freeway-fronting property came to market,Johnson Properties placed the winning contract.
