Grant Prideco will vacate 1330 Post Oak Blvd. for the 12-story,225,704-sf 400 North Belt, owned by Parkway Properties of Jackson,MS. Mark Preston of Moody Rambin Interests and Jayson Lipsey ofParkway Properties negotiated the deal with tenant rep, AngusHughes of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc.'s Houston office.The 400 North Belt has a quoted rent of $15.50 per sf.

Lipsey tells GlobeSt.com that Parkway Properties is making plansto renovate the main entry to the building. Work will begin in thecoming months.
