As it does in all its markets, Goodman Distributors Inc., asupplier for the construction industry, has multiple locations tokeep inventory close to builders. Goodman will move in within 30days to 2010 Redbud Dr. in the McKinney Central Business Park,lighting space that's been empty for 18 months, John Lancaster withDallas-based TIG Real Estate Services tells GlobeSt.com. Two monthsago, Goodman struck a similar deal for a third location inPhoenix.
Lancaster says the HVAC supplier "was pretty well focused on ourbuilding" to set up another location in North Texas. Owned by localinvestors, the two-building industrial development has a quotedrate ranging from $4 per sf to $6.50 per sf. Ben Luedtke withDallas-based Mohr Partners represented the tenant.
