Roof Investors bought the former Pisani's market on RantoulStreet and plans to redevelop the property into a 46-unit condobuilding called Pleasant Court Apartments. Connie Kennedy, arepresentative of the town's planning department, tells GlobeSt.comthat the project's site plan review was approved and it receivedthe special permit it needs to begin construction. The project willinclude an 89-car underground garage.

Both projects are not far from the town's two major condocomplexes, the 165-unit Gateway complex and the 106-unit TuckPoint. They are also close to the Beverly Depot, an MBTAstation.
