The building is located on 5.3 acres. "The buyer will be able to sustain growth fora longer period of time since the building is expandable by 120,000sf." Wolfington and Timothy Brogan, VP in the King of Prussia, PAoffice of G&E, negotiated the transaction for both the buyerand the seller.
