The nonprofit organization is planning to relocate 20 employeesto the building at 3800 N.W. 22nd Ave. from its current office inDadeland Towers by the end of this year. In addition, theorganization plans to set up another ReStore location, where itwill sell donated building supplies.

Marc Sternbaum of Miami-based Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price &Axelrod LLP's real estate department and a board member for Habitatfor Humanity of Greater Miami, helped the organization secure morethan $1 million in financing through Florida Savings Bank andrepresented the organization in its purchase.
