Completed in 2001, the corporate campus located immediatelyadjacent to Route 93, 13 miles northwest of Boston. The complexconsists of two interconnected five-story class A office buildingsand two associated parking garages, which together comprise 1,354structured parking spaces. Located within the 1.3 million-sfmaster-planned MetroNorth Corporate Center, the facility serves asRaytheon's Missile Defense Center housing approximately 1,100employees.

The park was built by National Development on behalf of Genuityas its worldwide headquarters. Level 3 Communications came intopossession of 225-235 Presidential Way after it acquired the assetsof Genuity in 2003. National Development and Angelo, Gordon boughtthe complex with a short-term leaseback by Level 3. The emptyfacility was immediately marketed for lease culminating in anagreement with Raytheon to occupy the entire facility under theterms of a long-term net lease.
