Both the initial sublease and the expansion were authored byPeter Rossi of Cushman & Wakefield of NJ. The sublessor is theOmnicom Group and the terms of the deal were not disclosed.

NPS develops and will shortly commercialize drugs for thetreatment of metabolic, bone and mineral and central nervous systemdisorders. With the help of C&W's Technology Enterprise Group,the company has been able to garner some $7.5 million in BusinessEmployment Incentive Program and customized training grants.
