The opening of Weis at 9400 Scott Way also marks the debut ofthe Honeygo Village Center, as the grocery store is the firstretailer to open at the site, so far; however, several othercommitments have been made. "We have five additional buildings andfour pad sites that will be opening soon," Greenberg Commercial'sDavid Goldbloom tells GlobeSt.com. Other retailers that areexpected to join the tenant roster include Blockbuster, GreatClips, Subway, three restaurants and a 12,000-sf day carecenter.
