Now that new ownership is in place, the two structures are infor a major multi-million dollar makeover, as well as a new name,Deer Park Professional Centre. Scheer Partners will take the helmin marketing space in the two buildings, which will ultimatelyoffer class A office condominium space.
"There has not been a new office condominium project of thissize and quality in the I-270 Corridor in the last decade," saysPatrick Kelly, a senior sales associate with Scheer Partners. "Fromour experience, we have found that many small companies hope to ownreal estate, but are unable to because of a lack of supply in thismarket. We expect the property to be well received due to itslocation, architecture and the complete building renovations."
