MDC's William Martini will lead the leasing effort, while thefirm's David Seeve will be in charge of managing the property. The85,000 sf currently available is contiguous space.
"Given the flexible layout of this asset, together with itsproximity to the airport and Port Newark, the building would workfor a range of industrial applications from air freight to heavymanufacturing," Martini says. Within its portfolio of managed,leased and owned properties, MDC has the neighboring McClellanDistribution Center, which has BAX Global among its leadtenants.
