The entire hospital project, including an outpatient clinic, anoffice building and covered parking, is estimated to cost $458million. Of that, the hospital itself will cost $250 million.
Earlier this year, the hospital sold $275 million in bonds tohelp finance the hospital. So far, the hospital has raised morethan $125 million of its $250 million fund-raising goal In additionto the Boettcher grant, the hospital has $55 million in pledgesfrom the hospital board.
Hospital foundation board members and related foundations havemade more than $30 million in pledges in three separate donations.As a result of the donation, the hospital will name its new atriumafter it.
