When it relocates here in December, CPA will nearly double thespace it now occupies in the Pagoda Building in nearby Bala Cynwyd.With this transaction, 101 West Elm, which was developed byPhiladelphia-based Keating Partners in 1999, will be 62%leased.
Gene McHale, principal of locally based Beacon Commercial RealEstate, represented the owner, 101 West Elm Street Associates, aprivate real estate investment partnership. Brad Spiegel, presidentof Skyline Commercial Real Estate, represented CPA, which is amongthe 25 largest regional certified public accounting firms.
McHale says available space in the building ranges from officesuites of 2,500 sf or more to a full floor of 28,500 sf. Beacon isthe exclusive leasing agent.
