University Club at Howard, located at 700 S. Howard St., wassold for $17.5 million by University Club LLC, says Hendricks &Partners' Detroit office, which brokered the sale. The 120-unitcollegiate housing community is not far from Western MichiganUniversity.
Also in Kalamazoo, the Hidden Hills complex at 1302 Emajean St.sold for $14.9 million. The property is a 120-unit collegiatehousing community, also near WMU. The seller was HH Apartments, LLCofKalamazoo, MI.
Both transactions were negotiated by Kevin Larimer, Paul Dietzand John Schmelzle of Hendricks & Partners.
