Phelps will also provide development services to several ofRyan's national build-to-suit customers. Most recently he was asenior associate with Cresa Partners, where he provided corporatereal estate counsel for clients. He has experience in both financeand real estate that Ryan officials believe will help in complexprojects. After graduating from the University of Denver, Phelpsjoined Wells Fargo, working first in commercial banking and thenmoving on to real estate consulting.
