Future Logic Inc., now occupying about 7,000 sf, plans to putmost of its manufacturing operation, including that in itsGlendale, CA homeport, into the Allred Sky Harbor Center at 1818 E.Sky Harbor Circle, Jim Wilson with Cushman & Wakefield ofArizona Inc.'s local office tells GlobeSt.com. The Future Logicdeal was in the market five months before brokers stamped a leasewith a $2.7-million payout over the term. "It was a nice marketdeal," Wilson says of a takedown that makes the first dent in shellspace that delivered three years ago.

According to Wilson, the final round of talks produced a 10-yearlease, with bumps, and a first right of refusal on the 22,900-sfbalance of the building, owned by the Douglas Allred Co. of SanDiego. Bob Crum, Mark Krison and David Carder with CB Richard EllisInc.'s local office represent the property owner.
