The Future Logicdeal was in the market five months before brokers stamped a leasewith a $2.7-million payout over the term. "It was a nice marketdeal," Wilson says of a takedown that makes the first dent in shellspace that delivered three years ago.

According to Wilson, the final round of talks produced a 10-yearlease, with bumps, and a first right of refusal on the 22,900-sfbalance of the building, owned by the Douglas Allred Co. of SanDiego. Bob Crum, Mark Krison and David Carder with CB Richard EllisInc.'s local office represent the property owner.
