The proposed project, dubbed Ann Arbor Crossings, will besubmitted to the city planning department by early September, Kwansays. He hopes to start site work by early 2005.
The proposal includes plans for a bank next to Plymouth Road, arestaurant just north of the bank and three buildings withground-floor retail and a combined 23 condos on upper levels.
The property had been listed for $2.5 million by Levi F. SmithReal Estate of Southfield. Kwan did not disclose the purchaseprice.
