Chief operating officer Gunter, who has also served as seniorvice president for the company since 1989, now serves asCOO/executive vice president of the full-service industrial realestate development firm. He is responsible for assisting Gregorywith the overall direction of IDI and for establishing andimplementing the company's operating procedures and plans. Gunterwill remain in the firm's corporate office in Buckhead.

O'Sullivan most recently oversaw the company's Eastern region assenior vice president. With this promotion, he now serves as seniorvice president/chief development officer responsible for IDI's coredevelopment in all seven regional offices. He will join Gunter inthe firm's corporate office from its development office in Suwaneeafter Jan. 1.

IDI has regional offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Cincinnati,Dallas, Fort Lauderdale, FL, Los Angeles and Memphis. The firm'sregional development officers--formerly known as districtmanagers--will report directly to O'Sullivan.
