A driver in the move is that a conference/training facility,built for Brown Brothers four years ago, will serve as CBRE's NewYork branch of its national corporate training program. Coursesoffered include brokerage, management, sales and professionaldevelopment. The firm will relocate on September 15.

Bruce Surry, the firm's executive managing director for DowntownManhattan operations, represented CBRE, while CBRE's Scott Gamberand Jonathan Cope acted for Brown Brothers. "Since we're expandingby approximately 30 percent, we are set for future growth," saysSurry, executive managing director of CBRE's Downtown Manhattanoperations.
