Triad Investments is best known locally for its planned1,259-home venture in Kelly Plantation, a 222-acre mixed-useproject on Kelly Road, south of Jonesboro Road in Henry County.Triad plans 377 single-family homes, 538 multifamily units, 92gated cluster homes, 108 traditional-designed homes in aneighborhood development and 144 commercial multifamily units,according to a preliminary development application filed with theGeorgia Department of Community Affairs.
