"It all just worked out," Dan Lawson, marketing director forDallas-based Proterra Properties, tells GlobeSt.com. "KidKraft gotwhat they needed and Inside Out got what they needed. Everyonewanted something and they wanted it quick."

The shuffle ended with KidKraft Inc. in control of a 110,000-sfbuilding at 4600 Olin Rd. in Farmers Branch, where it leased 50,250sf in May 2003 for the long term with a first right of refusal onthe balance. Bryan Lurie of RMB Investments in Dallas representedKidKraft, a children's furniture manufacturer now adding extrastorage space for the holiday season.

Inside Out Shop headed to 12003 Corporate Dr. in Dallas, signinga five-year lease for industrial space closer to its warehouse andstores in the northeast submarket, Lawson says. Jim Duggan ofDuggan Realty Advisors in Dallas was the tenant'srepresentative.
