The signing will fill the building, which is still underconstruction. The developer/owner of the asset is the locally-basedMatrix Development Group, and the new building is situated withinthat company's CenterPoint at 8A Industrial Park. The name of thepark, of course, reflects its location within the New JerseyTurnpike Exit 8A submarket in Central New Jersey, about halfwaybetween New York and Philadelphia.

Alec Taylor, chief operating officer of Matrix, says the rapidlease up "demonstrates the continuing confidence in thedesirability of this location."

The signing of Sabry Lee follows an earlier deal for theremaining 153,000 sf of the building by Genera Corp. The latter isalso in the automotive parts business: It's the North Americandistribution subsidiary of TYC Brother International Co., aTaiwan-based maker of aftermarket auto lamps.
