BETHLEHEM, PA-Four leases for an aggregate 14,779 sf take the most recent former Bethlehem Steel Co. headquarters building at 65 East Elizabeth Avenue here to 90% occupancy. The 10-story, 103,956-sf modern building at the corner of Elizabeth Avenue and Centre Street is among the steelmaker’s assets sold by a bankruptcy court last May.

Matt Dorman of Allentown, PA-based Summit Management and Realty Co. represented both the owner and the tenants in all of the recent transactions. Terms of the leases are undisclosed. Published rental rates for the building range from $14.75 per sf to $15.50 per sf.

Resources for Human Development leased the ninth floor, which totals 7,774 sf. North Penn Legal Services Inc. signed a five-year lease for 4,435 sf on the eighth floor. The Philadelphia-based law firm of Hecker Brown Sherry and Johnson LLP leased 1,870 sf of newly designed space on the fifth floor, and Dr. Frommer and the Family Care Associates of Bethlehem PC signed a renewal and expansion agreement for 700 sf.
