Titan signed the lease for the spacelast year; a move that is now allowing the company to consolidatefive of its area offices under one roof.

Specific terms of Titan's occupancy at the five-year-old BostonProperties-owned office facility are unavailable; however, class Aoffice space in Reston goes for an average of $24.25 per sf,according to Advantis Real Estate Services Co.'s Mid-Year 2004Office Market Report.
