Robert Bowman of the West Orange-based Sheldon Gross Realty hasthe assignment on behalf of JavaMoon Café, which maintains itsheadquarters here. From its initial location, JavaMoon Café hasalready expanded to sites in Shrewsbury, Manasquan, Lawrenceville,Manalapan and Wall. Additional New Jersey locations are slated toopen by the end of the year in Brick, Toms River, East Windsor andEast Brunswick.
JavaMoon is looking for blocks of space in the 3,000- to4,000-sf range, according to Bowman. The site search is focusing onsuch New Jersey communities as Marlton, Moorestown, StaffordTownship, Voorhees and Westfield.
