Located Downtown just a few blocks from Dupont Circle, 1800 M isa 10-story tower that was developed in 1975 and renovated in 2002.For the law firm, the lease agreement paves the way for itsrelocation from its current digs at 1201 Connecticut Ave.

Advantis/GVA's Bruce McNair and colleague Bill Morrisspearheaded the deal on the tenant's side. Other occupants at 1800M include the National Hydrogen Association, and a bevy of otherlaw firms.
