The Minneapolis office of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker won theassignment from Jostens, a leading provider of yearbooks,affiliation jewelry, graduation products and photography.
The property is under consideration to be designated as a JobsOpportunity Business Zone, says Christopher Pendroy, seniorbrokerage associate for Colliers Turley Martin Tucker. Such adesignation would provide tax-free benefits to qualifying companiesand serve as an important incentive to attract manufacturers to theproperty.
Pendroy and Jeff Patterson, director of corporate real estateservices at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, will work on finding abuyer. Patterson says the Red Wing facility is "very competitivelypriced" and is located in the area's "premiere industrialpark."
