United Properties began working with Argosy University in June2003, when it was selected to manage the school's move from itsformer Bloomington campus to its new, custom-built facility atYankee Doodle and Pilot Knob Roads. The move was directed by BeckySchenk, United Properties project manager, and completed in Augustin time for the school to open in early September.

Argosy University‚s first custom-built campus facility in thecountry is 50 percent larger than the school‚s former Twin Citiescampus and features expanded student service and classroom areas,updated laboratory space, and increased access to high-techlearning opportunities. More than 1,300 students are enrolled atthe campus.

Argosy University/Twin Cities was formed in September 2001, bythe merger of two established Minnesota schools--the MedicalInstitute of Minnesota, formed in 1961, and the Minnesota School ofProfessional Psychology, which began in 1987. ArgosyUniversity/Twin Cities is one of 13 Argosy University campusesnationwide.
