Gary Broidis, a principal in Boca Raton, FL-based AtlanticCommercial Group Inc., represented the property owner, SunsetCentres of South Florida LLC, in the transaction. Other tenants atBoynton Trail Centre include Winn-Dixie Marketplace, an Eckerd drugstore and Radio Shack. The property is 94% leased with otherpending lease deals poised to raise the occupancy to 100% in thenear future.
