NewQuest's David Meyers tells GlobeSt.com thattalks are underway to fill the 7,200-sf balance in the 116,251-sf,Kroger-anchored center at the intersection of Texas Highway 249 andAntoine Drive. The quoted rate is $1.60 per sf per month. Meyersrepresented the building owner, NewQuest, while James S. Pappas ofHouston was the tenant's broker.

Midas Real Estate Group LLC took 1,400 sf at Eldridge Lakes TownCenter, an 87,000-sf center at the intersection of North EldridgeParkway and West Little York Road. Myers, the sole broker, says theKroger-anchored center is 90% leased with a base rent of $1.65 persf monthly.
