Terms of the lease were not disclosed, but the move-in willrequire a major overhaul of the existing building, according toMetro Commercial Real Estate Inc. president Daniel J. Hughes, whosecompany is managing all aspects of the interior demolition of thebuilding and subsequent renovation. There will be some 12,000 sf ofretail space, and the rest of the space will be occupied bywarehouse, freight conveyor, loading dock and new office space.

USA Baby is relocating and expanding from its current locationin nearby Marlton, NJ, and the new store is expected to becompleted this spring. "This relocation is the result of a stronginterplay between leasing and construction," according to Hughes."A leasing deal only makes sense when the full cost andimplications of construction are factored into the equation."
