Wall Towne Center's market area in Monmouth County has proximityto the Jersey Shore. According to Rockwood officials, the averagehousehold income within a three-mile radius is more than $87,000and the number of households within a one-mile radius grew at anaverage of 4.4% per year over the past decade.
