It was built in 1999 and expanded in 2003 and isshadow-anchored by a 116,000-sf Lowe's home improvement center,which was not a part of the sale.

Townfair Center totals 216,000 sf. It is anchored by Lowe's homeimprovement center, Supervalu Shop 'n Stop, and Michael's craftstore. Among the other tenants are CVS and Pier 1. The purchase wassubject to an existing first mortgage of approximately $10 million.Townfair was built in 1997 and expanded between 2001 and 2003.
