Sporting a brick façade at the intersection of Rte. 26 andMonocacy Blvd., the Shops at Monocacy already has a list of tenantsonboard, including Giant Food store, which will serve as theproperty anchor in a 58,000-sf space. Hair Cuttery, Sandy SpringBank and Service Cleaners have also signed on for space at thestrip mall. Including the 13-acre parcel on which it sits, theshopping center will have cost $21.3 million to develop upon itsscheduled fall completion.
