The 1.6-million-sf, class A office tower is nearly fully leasedwith about 30,000 sf available. The building is part of the JohnHancock Complex, which also includes 200 Berkeley St., 197Clarendon St. and the Garage @ 100 Clarendon. This four-buildingcomplex comprises nearly three million sf of office and retailspace as well as 2,000 parking spaces.

Lease rates for this deal were not available but according toCresa Partners' third quarter market update reports, space in classA office space in the city gets an average of $39 per sf.
