Rwe Nukem will continue to occupy space on the first floor ofthe building, which is owned by Sunbelt Management, a joint ventureof Union Carbide Corp. and Danbury Buildings Co. Meredith T. Siburn, associate director of Cushman &Wakefield, represented Rwe Nukem in the transaction. She alsorepresented the firm when it moved from Stamford to Danbury fiveyears ago. Rwe Nukem Inc. was founded in 1982 and is part of theRWE group of companies, which is headquartered in Essen,Germany.
