Trip Hoffman, director, and Jodie Dostal, associate director, ofCushman & Wakefield and exclusive leasing agents at NordenPark,represented the building ownership, Norden Park LLC, a partnershipof Greenfield Partners, Spinnaker Real Estate Partners and SummitDevelopment. CompHealth, represented by Dean Shapiro and LarryRieder of CB Richard Ellis, will relocate from 25 Van Zandt inNorwalk.

In addition, Norden Systems expanded its presence at theproperty to 405,000 sf of space by leasing 16,000 sf on the lowerlevel of the building. The third lease transaction was with Mreal,a paper supplier, which leased 6,293 sf in a seven-year deal for anew paper showroom and test center on the lower level of thebuilding. The company, headquartered at 30 Merritt 7 in Norwalk,will relocate its distribution site from Wayne, NJ. John Zervos ofDVB Commercial Realty represented Mreal.

Cushman officials say that the brokerage firm has been primarilytargeting small to mid-sized companies in Fairfield County and thesurrounding area to lease space at the NordenPark complex.Approximately 67,000 sf of office and flex space is available forlease at NordenPark. Major tenants in the building include: NordenSystems, a division of Northrop Grumman Corp.; Tauck World Tours;Custom Phone; and Gibbs College.
