Ira Bloom, director of leasing for Kushner Properties, thecompany's commercial real estate division, negotiated thetransaction. Further details of the signing were not disclosed.Road-Con, a family-owned operation, has been at the location forthe past 15 years.
"Their long-term commitment to this site is indicative of thequality and convenience of this building," Bloom says. "We recentlyadded a new roof as part of our commitment to the building."
The building, one of the few large warehouses in the region, isnear most of Northern New Jersey's major highways, including I-287,Routes 4, 17 and 208 and the Garden State Parkway.
