The 70-space park wasbuilt in the late 1960s and was 100% occupied at the time of sale.Jason Phillips of the Ontario office of Grubb & Ellisrepresented the buyer, with the seller, the Keith Group LLC ofBurbank, represented by Dan Dickson of the G&E Ontariooffice.
