The REIT has promoted Royal Pratt from regional director of theHouston portfolio to a newly created vice president of leasing andoperations for the Gulf Mountain and West Coast regions. Pratt willbe based in Phoenix. W. Troy MacMane will take on the role ofregional manager of the Houston portfolio and Brock Wilson willtake over MacMane's position.

"The changes are occurring because of the growth of thecompany," Greg Downs, managing director of Gulf Mountain and WestCoast Regions, tells GlobeSt.com. "We have an increased portfoliosand tenants in those (areas)…They're getting larger and we justfelt the need to have a lot more support to operate these variousoffices."

MacMane will oversee acquisitions, dispositions, developments,build-to-suits, asset management and lease negotiations. "Troy is aHouston native and he was the natural and strong choice to run theHouston office," Downs says.
