CHESTER, NJ-Continental Retail Development is planning to startconstruction right after the first of the year for the Streets ofChester, a 105,000-sf lifestyle shopping center at the intersectionof Route 206 and Old Gladstone Road in this Morris Countycommunity. And the project will be fast-tracked--Continental islooking to have it completed and opened in time for the 2005holiday season.
The tenant roster will include a mix of specialty retailers andrestaurants, according to Jeff Ziegler, vice president of retaildevelopment for the Columbus, OH-based Continental RetailDevelopment. No tenants have been announced yet, and no furtherdetails of the project have been released.
