Among those latest leases, Ameritrade Services Co. signed a new10-year deal for 36,452 sf, representing a full floor of the34-story tower. The online brokerage firm was represented in thenegotiations by Frank Doyle of Jones Lang LaSalle.

Also, Connell Foley LLP, a law firm, took a total of 13,000 sffor a 10-year term. Tom Stanton of the Staubach Co., Murray Hill,represented the tenant. An existing tenant, Garban IntercapitalNorth America Inc., took an additional 13,000 sf for a term of 13years, boosting its presence for its North American headquarterslocation to more than 148,000 sf. The investment firm, a subsidiaryof the London-based ICAP plc, was represented by John Picco ofCushman & Wakefield.

And another existing tenant in the building, TradeWeb LLC,expanded its space by just over 12,000 sf to a total of 48,000 sfin a 13-year deal. The company, an online trading network offixed-income securities and a subsidiary of the Thomson Corp., wasspoken for by Joseph Cabrera of Cushman & Wakefield. TradeWebsimilarly uses the location as its North American headquarters.
