GLEN BURNIE, MD-All available space has been spoken for at Quarterfield Center now that two companies have taken up the last remaining square footage at 802 Landmark Dr., one of the three completed buildings in the multi-structure park. MIE Properties and Grasmick Lumber are behind the development of Quarterfield, an $18 million endeavor that will ultimately yield six buildings with 187,000 sf of office and retail space.

World Gym has signed on for nearly 10,000 sf at the property and Nationwide Mutual Insurance will set up shop in a 6,000-sf space. Terms of the tenants’ lease agreements are not available, but MIE had been marketing space at Quarterfield for about $15 to $18 per sf. Other tenants at the property include the Independent Dialysis Foundation, which occupies 7,200 sf, Long and Foster, Partnership Development Group, and an orthodontics practice housed in a 3,000-sf office.

While the park is 100% occupied at the moment, there is hope for any companies looking to settle down at the business campus. MIE and Grasmick recently broke ground on two additional buildings at Quarterfield–a 61,000-sf office structure and a 7,200-sf restaurant/service building.
