World Gym has signed on for nearly 10,000 sf at the property andNationwide Mutual Insurance will set up shop in a 6,000-sf space.Terms of the tenants' lease agreements are not available, but MIEhad been marketing space at Quarterfield for about $15 to $18 persf. Other tenants at the property include the Independent DialysisFoundation, which occupies 7,200 sf, Long and Foster, PartnershipDevelopment Group, and an orthodontics practice housed in a3,000-sf office.
While the park is 100% occupied at the moment, there is hope forany companies looking to settle down at the business campus. MIEand Grasmick recently broke ground on two additional buildings atQuarterfield--a 61,000-sf office structure and a 7,200-sfrestaurant/service building.
