Trinity Financial Inc., a firm specializing in residential andcommercial development, developed the project. The cooperative wasbuilt on 22 vacant parcels of city-owned land on Washington,Norwell and Rupert streets. The development overlooks a newlycreated linear urban park and involved the historic rehabilitationof the only 19th-century commercial building in the neighborhood,located at 213-217 Washington St.

Bank of America provided the lead construction loan for theproject. Funding for this project was also provided by the city'sdepartment of neighborhood development, MassHousing, the city'sdepartment of housing and community development, the NeighborhoodHousing Trust and Boston Community Capital.
