Poole comes toAdvantis from WH Bass General contractors Inc. where he was seniorproject manager. He previously worked at Moore & Moore GeneralContractors Inc. as director of field operations.
Poole began his construction career in Amherst, NY aftergraduating from the State University of New York at Buffalo, NYwith a bachelor of professional science degree in architecture. Inwestern New York, Poole was a senior project manager and estimatorfor Kulback's Construction Co. in Depew, NY and is a former vicepresident for the Wiedemer Sales Corp. in Orchard Park, NY.
