PURCHASE, NY-It was a week of grand openings at National Realty& Development Corp.'s Orange Plaza and North Haven shoppingcenters located in Middletown, NY and North Haven, CT,respectively. At its Orange Plaza property, popular donut andcoffee retailer Krispy Kreme opened a new store at the signalizeddriving entrance to the complex at Dunning Road. The Winston-Salem,NC retailer operates 398 stores in 45 states.
Also planned to open soon at Orange Plaza are Panera Bread, RubyTuesday and H&R Block. Those stores are also off Dunning Roadand are part of the redevelopment of the former Kmart space. Othertenants that occupy the redeveloped Kmart facility at Orange Plazainclude Burlington Coat Factory, Work 'N Gear, Annie Sez, PaylessShoeSource and Bombay Co.
