Lease rates for thisdeal were not available but the average asking rent for officespace in the area is about $22 per sf.

HoodBusiness Park is a 1.2 million-sf mixed-use complex/urban businessenvironment comprised of four existing first-class office/researchand development buildings with four additional buildings planned aspart of the master plan.
