Locally based Windside Industrial Group acquired the 27,000-sfindustrial/office building at 6475 Ruch Rd. Marketing Partners,also based here, purchased the 12,500-sf office/warehouse facilityat 6583 Ruch Rd. Frank T. Smith of Summit Management and RealtyCo., which is based in Allentown, represented the seller in bothtransactions.
In an unrelated transaction, also negotiated by Summit, theAmerican Cancer Society leased 3,500 sf at 3893 Adler Place in thethree-building Bethlehem Office Commons in Hanover Township. Termsof the lease are undisclosed. Matt Dorman and Jessica Goffredo ofSummit brokered the deal.
