WHEAT RIDGE, CO-Cabela's Inc., which describes itself as the"World'sForemost Outfitter" of hunting, fishing and outdoor gear,is in negotiations to build a 200,000-sf store in this first ringsuburb just west Denver. It plans to have the store open bymid-2006.
The store, to be built as part of a development along Interstate70 near West 32nd Avenue. It will be similar in size to theCabela's retail showrooms in Dundee, MI and Kansas City, KS. Thenewest Cabela's store, a 176,000-sf facility in Wheeling, WV,opened August 12.
