According to David Richards, a principal of Richards andRobbins, his company has also given the exclusive marketing andleasing assignment for the asset to Trammell Crow Co. The latter'sRobert Sager, senior vice president, and Larry Maister, vicepresident, are heading the assignment. Located on 7.5 acres, thebuilding is being offered in units of 11,200 sf and up.

"Runnemede Corporate Center is located at Exit 3 of the NewJersey Turnpike, between the multi-tenant flex and services marketof Exit 4 and the big-box, heavy distribution market of Exit 2,"Richards says. "We have the ability to provide a package to meetmost tenant requirements."

Runnemede Corporate Center currently has a total of 237,000 sfof industrial/flex space. The 60-acre site has a total build-outcapacity of more than 400,000 sf, according to Richards, and sitezoning allows for office, industrial, flex, W/D, assembly andretail uses. Current tenants include DHL, the Visiting NurseService Association, Owens corning, Colortronic, Sears, the KesslerInstitute, Swets Information Services, Reliable Miller Casket Co.and the Philadelphia Inquirer.
